Good Vibes Guide ;)

You know those egregiously stressful days where you have to talk yourself out of packing up your bikinis and cutoffs and running away to Bora Bora? (Though I am 100% okay with running away to Bora Bora anytime–still might do it, actually 😉 ) Well, I’ve had a few of those lately. And let me tell you, Stress and I are not BFFs. So because I’m a strong believer in CHOOSING to make life good, I’ve come up with a few strategies for keeping up good vibes when its Seattle raining on you. 😉

Tip #1 Relax and breathe. Just calm your shorts down, realize the house isn’t on fire, and give yourself a minute to take the power back. Don’t give anything or anybody your remote. The channels they pick for your aren’t as good as the ones you can pick for yourself. 🙂

Tip #2 Laugh. Find humor in it. Almost any stressful situation could use a little levity. 😉

Tip #3 Lotion up in positivity. You will be SO much more productive and happy if you realize the strength, power, and success you already have.
