How to Workout Your Legs Without a Gym

If you are like me and your life is wonderfully, crazily, incredibly PACKED and you often don’t have time for the gym, then these tips to workout your pretty little limbs are for you! 😉 (Disclaimer: these are not typical tips. I’m sharing deep, dark secrets of mine. 😉 Besides, there’s a million normal ways to do anything, so I decided to give you guys something different!)

Tip #1: Pay attention to your leg muscles as you walk. Especially when you are climbing stairs or even wearing heels, you’ll notice that balancing and moving actually flexes your muscles. It might sound silly, but they’ll tighten if you give them some focus. 🙂

Tip #2: Get excited through-out the day. Stand up. Move around. Let your heart rate spike. Your booty will thank you for the break! 😉

Tip #3: Stretch. As you move and stretch your legs, you appreciate them more. And as you appreciate them more, they become more able. Recognize how truly awesome it is that you can walk and run and dance and play. Not everybody gets to do that, so if you do, show your appreciation for your incredibly able body and move with it! 😉

Tip #4: If you can stand or sit, choose to stand.  If you can dance or be a wallflower, dance! I have found that I’m far more fit when I’m making sure that I’m active all through-out the day. My legs just love to climb into bed after a long day of moving, satisfied with their job of carrying me around. 😉

Let me know if you have any tips for working-out your legs! And let me know if you’ve tried any of these! 🙂

  1. Well my little angelbaby! are so right!when I’m cleaning the house🤔 I love to listen to the oldies! And I love to dance to those old rock and roll songs….I just need to do it a lot more 😘 Here’s something that I love to do for my legs, when I get into bed I love to stregths my legs and point and flex my toes…if I can’t go right to sleep I beat my legs up and down on the bed several times, really several times. It does help you to relax when you are finished, and sleep on! In the morning I do the same thing for my legs, strength, and point and flex, for 5 or 6 minutes! This helps this old body move so much better!! Thanks baby girl for your tips!💞💕💜🌺🌸
